Our warranty period for Mac Repairs is 90 days for both parts and labor. Our 90 day warranty covers manufacturers’ defects on parts installed and any issues related to the installation of parts.
Unfortunately we cannot cover accidental damage after the repair is complete. Accidental damage includes but is not limited to drops, liquid spill damage, electrical shock damage, cosmetic damage, etc. We also cannot warranty our parts or labor if the customer has attempted to fix or modify the device after the repair has been completed.

* While file system optimization does not typically harm a customer’s Home Folder and/or data, there are some cases where a hard drive can be corrupted beyond repair or has failed completely. In this case, we recommend replacement of the hard drive, recovery and transfer of your files (if recoverable), and a fresh install of OS X. It is the customer’s responsibility to back up data before dropping a computer off for repair. Apples2Apples will not be held responsible for data loss.
